We design and manufacture archival boxes, folders, and protective covers in a variety of designs, intended for the long-term storage of documents, files, and historical materials.
Our solutions are based on MERCKENS archival cardboard, manufactured in Austria by Merckens Karton- und Pappenfabrik GmbH, which Hässlers exclusively represents for our application segment.
The material meets the requirements of DIN ISO 16245 for archival boxes and DIN EN ISO 9706 for permanent paper. Furthermore, our laboratory tests confirm that the properties of MERCKENS cardboard—including alkaline reserve, Kappa number, and pH stability—significantly exceed the minimum values required by these standards.
Thanks to their sturdy construction and archival-quality materials, Hässler solutions ensure the safe storage of documents for many decades.
