Ecoflect
Ecoflect® is an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional metallized materials. It offers a convincing metallic effect in gold or silver without using polyester or other plastics. The metallic look is created using a microscopically thin layer of aluminum that is transferred directly onto the paper, resulting in a material that looks luxurious while remaining 100% recyclable.
Ecoflect® is FSC™ certified, meets REACH requirements, and is designed with the circular economy in mind. The surface is available in three different textures: Diamond, Buckram, and Leather, making the material highly adaptable to the character of a particular project—from technically clean to distinctly tactile.
The material is suitable for coating book covers, luxury and premium packaging, tubes, printed materials, bags, and tags. It can be printed using offset, screen, and digital printing, and responds very well to blind embossing and hot foil stamping, where the metallic effect gains additional depth.
