Gin against Corona!
Tomáš from frame bar in Prague refused to wait for the end of the lockdown with his hands in his lap. For his new concept, we have created an interactive gift package.
He could sit in a locked business and wait for the situation to allow him to open. Or use the time and invent a new way of contacting customers that will also please them. Tomas decided on the second option...
In the autumn of last year, he approached us and said that he wanted to come up with a surprise for the customers of his Frame Bar in the center of Prague. To make them happy and pull them out of the lethargy of lockdown so that they do not forget him and his business. He envisioned an unconventional packaging of gin with a tonic in the form of an interactive box that will offer not only an irritating combination of noble drinks for their senses, but also inspiration and a lot of interesting information for long winter evenings. Together we designed a unique box with trapdoors.
At first glance, a simple cube hides a lot of fun. Just slide out the top of the deliberately inconspicuous box and four free trap walls will open in front of you, guiding your gaze to a central "podium" with a dominant bottle of Sikkim gin and eight different bottles of tonic. Spices, dried fruits and cooking instructions on the open walls make you a bartender at your own home bar counter. The simple construction of classic corrugated cardboard is compactly coated with a rough canvas in various color variants. The bar is referred to by the Frame logo made in luxurious bronze embossing.
An inconspicuous box hides a lot of thinking and handiwork. But we know from the reactions that the time invested has paid off. The unexpected "wow effect" of the drop-down box pleased many of Tomáš's customers, whether they met him under the Christmas tree or later. And we are also pleased that in the long-lasting lockdown we helped to come up with an idea that is looking for new ways out of the crisis in a non-standard situation. We are glad that we helped to find light in the long tunnel for a person who, in principle, refuses to just curse at the darkness. Thank you for the commission, Tomáš!
