We choose material #1:For luxury boxes equally luxurious Corvon Metal-X.
Paper hides an unsuspected variety. Today we will introduce you to a coating material with acrylic, which perfectly imitates metal.
Mikkey Dee is a drummer who may have been born for cult metal bands. He has roots in Sweden, but founded the Danish legend King Diamond, then for a quarter of a century he saddled drums in the British Motörhead and today he keeps the pace of the German Scorpions. When we produced a series of luxury drumstick boxes for him with our Swedish partners, it was an honor. And an extreme challenge, because they were drumsticks into which Mikkey's DNA was integrated using patented Swiss-Swedish technology. Such production will change a person's view of the word "unique", believe us. The packaging had to match this. When choosing the box cover, we therefore without hesitation reached for the "metallic" Corvon Metal-X Hammered in steel shade, which perfectly completed the design – a construction with magnets and a carved interior with a delicate red flocculation.
Corvon Metal-X is available in 12 colours and can also be used in a variety of finishes – from fine cut to the dramatically "forged" surface of the Hammered variant. There are even shimmering and color-variable combinations. The paper base of the material is impregnated with latex for reinforcement, so it is great to work with and is also suitable for hot film embossing. It is suitable not only for coating boxes, but also books, cassettes or files. It is available in rolls with a width of 1370 mm, does not contain PVC, meets REACH parameters and is FSC certified.
